At Shore Christian Church we believe that growing in our relationship with Jesus is not something we were meant to do on our own. One of the ways we do that is through our Life Groups. The purpose of a LIFE GROUP is to connect those who attend Shore Christian Church on Sunday with each other during the week, to help build their relationship with Jesus and with other members of the SCC community.

Groups meet to learn more about what was preached on Sunday morning and how we can apply it to our everyday lives. The purpose is to have a group that can help walk with you during the mountains and valleys of life. A group that you can pray with and lean on during every season. To have a place where you can connect with new friends who are in a similar walk of life as you.

What can you expect at Life Group?

Most groups meet in person weekly for three semesters every year taking breaks for summer and major holidays. When you sign up using the form below, a life group leader will get in contact with you with more meeting details.

Winter Life Groups begin the week of January 4th!

  • Young Adults Life Group: Ages 18-29 - Led by Pastor Uriah Siliga and Carm Carreon - Mondays at 7:00 pm

  • Soaring Eagles Life Group: 55+ - Led by Pastor Ronda Friedel and Tony Bello - Tuesdays at 10:30 am

  • Women's Life Group - Tuesdays at 7:00 pm

  • Women's Zoom Life Group - Led by Nicole Tillman-Johnson - Tuesdays at 7:00 pm

  • Men's Life Group - Led by Jed Snyder - Wednesdays at 7:00 pm

  • Bibles & Brews - Led by Joe Gregory - Thursdays at 8:00 am at Odyssey Coffee in Ocean Grove

  • Fountain of Life Group: all ages and all stages - Led by George DeLeon - Thursdays at 6:00 pm at the Shore Center in the Upper Room

  • Faith Over 30 Life Group (ages 30-45) - Led by Emily Gibson and Kyle Detombeur - Thursdays at 7:00 pm

  • Youth Group (ages 11-17) - Led by Pastor Uriah Siliga and Kyle Detombeur - Fridays at 5:30 pm (See our Youth Group page for more information about groups for tweens and teens!)

  • Holy Sweat - Led by Pastor Isaac Friedel - Fridays at 7:00 pm at CrossFit Speakeasy in Belmar — Not currently in session*
